- Shipping location and delivery time
Shipping country: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Bulgaria.
Processing time: The order will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and legal holidays).
International transportation time: Depending on the destination, transportation may take an additional 7 to 20 working days (extended in remote areas).
- Logistics tracking
After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the logistics tracking number. You can track the status of the package in real time through the link in the email.

- Freight Charges and tariffs
Freight: The settlement page will automatically calculate the freight based on the destination, with no hidden charges.
Customs duties and taxes: International orders may incur import taxes and fees, which shall be borne by the recipient. The specific amount is subject to the local customs policy.
- Delay and lost item handling
In case of delays due to customs inspections, weather conditions or other reasons, we will assist in following up on the logistics progress.
If the package is lost, please contact us within 7 days after the logistics shows “Delivered”. We will assist with the claim or re-ship it.
